Hours are Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm, hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
The receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, providing customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

Answer Phones:
Serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers by professionally and courteously answering incoming calls.
Take Customer Payments:
Efficiently process customer payments, ensuring accuracy and reliability in transactions.
Assist Walk-In Customers:
Greet and assist customers who visit our office in person, providing a welcoming and helpful experience.
Schedule Appointments:
Manage and coordinate appointments for customers, optimizing scheduling efficiency.
